Objective: Design an interactive experience to encourage younger audiences to visit the Isabella Gardner Museum.
Did You Know: the average museum visitor spends only 15-30 seconds looking at a painting?
Heist is a mobile game where users play as 'art thieves,' tasked with finding certain pieces of art and stealing them through their mobile device. Heist is designed to get teenagers and young adults to actively look at art instead of aimlessly browsing, as well as encourage them to visit in groups. Players win the game by stealing the priciest pieces. The art they "steal" increases in value the longer they look at it, encouraging a deeper connection with the art.
The UI is designed in Sketch and prototyped using Invision.
